Bearorodor (bare-OR-oh-dore)

Beaorodor is a star system in the Andromeda Galaxy, known only by visitation of three individuals to Earth following a "jump-gate malfunction". Irrefutable evidence of both extra-galactic life and that safe travel between galaxies is possible—if poorly understood. There is no apparent way to recreate the accident with Earthly technology and the Taelin individuals have little to no understanding of their own technology. Akin to most teenagers among Humankind not being mechanics, the "Taelin Trio" have no practical understanding of the vehicle in which they were traveling save the knowledge necessary to pilot it. Their dependence on methane for breathing and the excruciating experimental period during which an appropriate diet could be synthesized kept them sequestered for a long time.

The UN does not allow the Trio any true freedom but has, instead, created the illusion of freedom in the form of a small town in which all of the residents are actors. In this way they generally abide by the rules set up for their "protection".

Knowledge of these visitors outside of the intelligence community is practically nonexistent.
